We have had an unusual couple of months but being locked down in NZ really is pretty good in the scheme of things. We have spent a lot of the time in the kitchen cooking up a storm. We have made quite literally tonnes of Magic Mince. We have chopped, sliced and diced more fresh veggies, chick peas and mushrooms than we ever thought possible.
When we decided to create a range of plant-powered food that is good for people and the planet we knew everything had to be irresistible so we use lots of fresh tasty NZ plants as our ingredients.
