Cauliflower, Turmeric and Ginger Burgers

Take a walk on the wild side with this fresh ambush of flavours! An exotic take on the burger that will leave you roaring for more.

Method

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or on your flat BBQ grill and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, garlic, spring onion, herbs and salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
Lightly grill the wraps on the BBQ or in the oven until starting to brown. Slather on a generous spoon of the yoghurt sauce on the burger base, top with cucumber, avocado, the cooked Happy Patty, radish and herbs. Serve immediately!

Tip: Instead of yoghurt sauce, use a hummus instead.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400g pack of Cauliflower, Turmeric and Ginger Happy Patties
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, whites and greens finely sliced
  • A handful of mint and/or coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Parsley or coriander leaves to garnish
  • 4 large wraps or pittas
