Hot diggety dog – all the ingredients of a classic but better!
Heat a pan to medium high heat and add a little oil. Add the sausages and cook until caramelised and golden on all sides.
Meanwhile mix the cheddar, mustard and honey in a bowl. Heat the grill.
Line a baking tray with paper, line up buns, add a sausage banger to each and divide the mustardy cheese mix between them.
Grill 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted and buns have warmed through.
