Cheesy Mustard Mushroom Dogs

Hot diggety dog –  all the ingredients of a classic but better!


Heat a pan to medium high heat and add a little oil. Add the sausages and cook until caramelised and golden on all sides.
Meanwhile mix the cheddar, mustard and honey in a bowl. Heat the grill.
Line a baking tray with paper, line up buns, add a sausage banger to each and divide the mustardy cheese mix between them.
Grill 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted and buns have warmed through.

  • Mushroom & Grains Super Sausies
  • 80-100g cheddar, grated
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 6 submarine bread rolls or baguettes, sliced across the top
