Mushroom, Hemp, Zucchini, Carrot and Feta Fritters

Fritters everyone will love

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into tablespoonfuls. Fry in a little oil over medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with yoghurt mixed with chopped mint and salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

  • 300gm Mushroom & Hemp Magic Mince
  • 2 tsp garlic, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mint, chopped
  • 100g feta crumbled
